This section has five stages, conducted as one continuing conversation with AI. Before evaluating the project proposal, the problem must be established correctly. A project built on a misunderstood problem will not deliver the intended outcome, however well it is designed.
Settling on the first solution without comparison risks overlooking a more effective one. Before proceeding, the range of alternatives should be examined.
This step reverses the usual use of AI: instead of confirming you are right, ask it to argue you are wrong, surface the assumptions your proposal depends upon, and identify the evidence that would justify abandoning or redesigning it.
